Due to the volatility and dynamic fluctuations of fuel prices in the maritime market, our partner boat companies reserve the right to apply a fuel surcharge, without prior notice, if the price of marine fuel crosses the critical threshold of IDR 25,000 / Litre (an increase of approximately 65% compared to the normal rate).
Procedures for application and retroactivity
If this threshold is reached or exceeded, the activation of this surcharge and its application are at the sole discretion of each shipowner. Depending on the shipping company operating your cruise, the surcharge will be mandatory for new bookings, and may also be required retroactively on existing bookings, whether or not they have already been cleared. These supplements are in no way included in the basic price of the cruise displayed on the website.
Note: Shipping companies reserve the right to readjust the rates of this surcharge at any time to reflect actual changes in market costs.
