Cancellation by the Cruise Operator
Cancellation due to weather conditions or force majeure entitles the passenger to a full refund.
A minimum number of passengers is required for shared cruises. There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there are not enough passengers to meet the cruise requirements. In this case, an alternative boat with a similar cabin or a complimentary upgrade will be offered. If the proposed options do not suit you, a full refund will be provided.
Rescheduling by the Passenger
A change of departure date is possible up to 1 month before the cruise departure date. The new departure date must be within 12 months of the original booking date.
The boat operator provides photo and video coverage during the trip. By participating, each guest agrees to be photographed and filmed, and the cruise operator reserves the right to use these images and videos for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear in photos or videos, please inform us in advance.
- If a participant arrives late or fails to appear on the departure day for any reason whatsoever, including force majeure, the full booking amount is non-refundable, non-changeable, and non-transferable.

Application Terms and Retroactive Charges
If this threshold is reached or exceeded, the implementation of the fuel surcharge and its applicable terms shall be determined solely at the discretion of the individual cruise operator.
