Komodo National Park tickets are not included in the cruise booking, but are extra and must be paid separately, on-site, on the day of the cruise departure.
At the time of booking, an indicative price for the tickets is provided. This amount is non-contractual and subject to change without prior notice by the relevant authorities, independently of lebaliblog and the boat operator.
As a general guideline for 2026, ticket prices vary from IDR 650,000 to IDR 750,000 per person depending on the boat for a 3-day cruise.
Following the implementation of a new visitor quota system in April 2026 limiting certain sites to 1,000 visitors per day, some boats now require ticket payment at the time of booking. This allows the operator to purchase tickets in advance and guarantee passenger access. With this change, passengers pay for their tickets during the booking process rather than on-site.
Once your booking is finalized, please send us copies of all passenger passports as soon as possible so we can secure your tickets.
Transport is included only within Labuan Bajo city center for departure and arrival, to and from hotels and or the airport. Not included: Menjaga Bay and islands around Labuan Bajo.
If you are unsure, please feel free to ask us to check if an address is included within the shuttle zone. If your address is outside the free shuttle zone, an additional fee will apply.
It is strongly recommended to take out adequate travel insurance prior to your arrival. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have appropriate coverage. Your insurance policy should cover, among other things, cancellation fees on your part, your inability to participate in the cruise, flight cancellations, personal loss, and all medical and assistance expenses, including repatriation to your country of residence in the event of accident or illness.
No one is immune to the unexpected, which is why we highly advise securing insurance. In the event of a last-minute unforeseen circumstance preventing you from participating in the cruise, you risk losing your flight, hotel, and cruise bookings, with amounts that can be substantial. Travel insurance offers invaluable peace of mind when things do not go as planned.
CHAPKA offers a variety of insurance packages for your stay, including cancellation, health, and assistance coverage. Discover the insurance offer with a 5% discount
