Due to the volatility and fluctuating nature of fuel prices in the maritime industry, our partner cruise operators reserve the right to apply a fuel surcharge without prior notice if the price of marine fuel exceeds the critical threshold of IDR 25,000 per liter (representing an increase of approximately 65% above normal market rates).
Application Terms and Retroactive Charges
If this threshold is reached or exceeded, the implementation of the fuel surcharge and its applicable terms shall be determined solely at the discretion of the individual cruise operator. Depending on the operator providing your cruise, the surcharge may be applied to all new bookings and may also be charged retroactively to existing bookings, regardless of whether the balance has already been paid in full.
These fuel surcharges are not included in the base cruise price displayed on the website and will be charged separately when applicable.
Important Notice: Cruise operators reserve the right to adjust fuel surcharge rates at any time to reflect actual market conditions and operating costs.
